Condition of the Lovers of Allah (s.w.t.) on the Day of Judgement
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ The following is adapted from ‘Ishq Ilahi by Shaykh Faqir Zulfiqar Ahmad an-Naqshbandi al-Mujaddidi ( r.a. ), and translated by Shaykh Kamal ad-Din Ahmad. According to a hadits , some people will rise on the Day of Judgement in such a state that upon seeing Allah ( s.w.t. ), they will smile, and upon seeing them, Allah ( s.w.t. ), will Smile. A voice will then be heard: سُوۡرَةُ الفَجر يَـٰٓأَيَّتُہَا ٱلنَّفۡسُ ٱلۡمُطۡمَٮِٕنَّةُ (٢٧) ٱرۡجِعِىٓ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً۬ مَّرۡضِيَّةً۬ (٢٨) فَٱدۡخُلِى فِى عِبَـٰدِى (٢٩)وَٱدۡخُلِى جَنَّتِى (٣٠) (To the righteous soul will be said:) “O (you) soul, in (complete) rest and satisfaction! Come back you to your Lord well pleased (yourself), and well-pleasing unto Him! Enter you, then among My devotees! Yea, enter you My Heaven!” (Surah al-Fajr:27-30) Those who love Allah ( s.w.t. ), and moreover, those who love one another ...
