The Wahhabis are Contradicted by the Behaviour of Imam Abu ‘Abdullah Muhammad ibn Idris ash-Shafi’i, (r.a.)

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ   In Majmu’ Fatawa wa Maqalat Mutanawwi’ah li Samahat ash-Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz , ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz himself wrote that it is not permissible to seek blessing from anyone other than the Prophet ( s.a.w. ), not from his wudhu’ , or his hair, or his sweat, or anything else from his body.   All of that applies only to the Prophet ( s.a.w. ), because of the goodness and blessing that Allah ( s.w.t. ) has Put in his body, and whatever he touches.   Hence the swahabah did not seek blessing from any one of their number during the lifetime of the Prophet ( s.a.w. ), or after his death, nor with the Khulafa’ ar-Rashidin , or anyone else.   This indicates that they knew that this applied only to the Prophet ( s.a.w. ), and not to anyone else.   And because this is a means that could lead to shirk , and worshipping someone other than Allah ( s.w.t. ).   Similarly, it is not permissible to...

Wahhabis Claim Allah (s.w.t.) has a Shadow

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ The Wahhabi sect claims Allah ( s.w.t. ) has a Shadow.   ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz said, “In the hadits of the seven who will be shaded by Allah ( s.w.t. ) in His shadow on the day there is no shadow save His Shadow, is this attributing Allah ( s.w.t. ) with a shadow?   Yes, as is reported in the hadits and in some transmissions, ‘in the shadow of His Throne’.   But, in the Swahihayn , it is, ‘in His Shadow’ for He has a shadow that is befitting to Him, and we do not know its modality just like the rest of His attributes …”   Dr. Jibril Fu’ad Haddad commented that even in the compilations usually adduced by the anthropomorphists, let alone the commentaries of the Ahl as-Sunnah , the ahadits mentioning the words, “in His Shade”, such as found in Swahih al-Bukhari , Swahih Muslim , and al-Muwaththa’ , are understood in the context of the ahadits mentioning, “in the shade of His Throne”, such as found in Jami’ at-T...

The Saudi Wahhabi Hypocrisy on Seeking the Help of the “Kuffar”

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ When ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz, the Wahhabi mufti , was overall president of the Directorships of Scholarly Research, Ifta’ , Da’wah & Irshad ; he issued a fatwa declaring the Palestinian people’s uprising against the Jewish State of Israel to be kufr .  He supported the kuffar against the Muslims.  He was silent on the practices of gambling, horse-racing, and usury by the Saudi monarchy in his own country.  He also never condemned Saudi oppression of the people.  In fact, he abetted it.   In the late sixties, he declared any and all forms of cooperation with the kuffar prohibited, and said that the 2 nd President of Egypt, Jamal ibn ‘Abd an-Naswr Husayn, was a murtad , an apostate, for employing a several hundred Russian engineers to build the Aswan dam.  He never said anything about the thousands of American troops that were later based in Saudi Arabia.  He was a hypocrite.   In the e...

The Wahhabi Sect Suggests Corporeal Limbs & an Anatomy for Allah (s.w.t.)

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ The Wahhabi, ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz, the former Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, a suggested corporeal limbs for Allah ( s.w.t. ).  This is found in his statement in Taliqat Hammah ‘ala ma Katabahu ash-Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali asw-Swabuni fi Swifat Allah , “Important Comments on What Shaykh asw-Swabuni Wrote Concerning the Divine Attributes”.  He said, “To declare Allah transcendent beyond possessing body, pupils, auditory meatus, tongue, and larynx is not the position of the Ahl as-Sunnah , but rather that of the scholars of condemned kalam and their contrivance.”  This is also found in Tanbihat Hammah .   This is clear shirk .  God does not have a form.  Were it so, this would contradict the Qur’an which Proclaims an Omnipresent Divine.  The creed of Wahhabism is, therefore, naked idolatry, and this is one proof that they are kafirun .

The Wahhabi Conception That Allah (s.w.t.) Has Limits

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ The Wahhabi, ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz, the former Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, wrote in his al-‘Aqidah ath-Thahawiyyah bi Ta’liq , “Allah is above limits that humans know, but He has limits that only He knows.”   The Wahhabi sect believes that Allah ( s.w.t. ) has limits, which is in direct contradiction to Islam, which holds that Allah ( s.w.t. ) is Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent – beyond limits.  This makes the Wahhabis kafirun , disbelievers.  They are people of limited knowledge and means, and a limited people worship a limited idol.

Wahhabis Called for the Destruction of the Rawdhah

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ A pamphlet, published in 2007, by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, and endorsed by the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ash-Shaykh, called for the dome over the Rawdhah to be demolished and the graves of the Prophet ( s.a.w. ), Sayyidina Abu Bakr ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Utsman asw-Swiddiq ( r.a. ), and Sayyidina ‘Umar ibn al-Khaththab ( r.a. ), to be flattened.  The reason cited is that the pilgrims visiting the Rawdhah are committing shirk by sending salutations upon the Prophet ( s.a.w. ).   Abu ‘Abdullah Muhammad ibn Swalih al-‘Utsaymin, perhaps the 20 th century’s most prolific Wahhabi scholar, made similar demands.  As did Muhammad Naswir ad-Din al-Albani, and ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz.  On at least two occasions, they actually tried to do so, but were rebuffed by Divine Miracle.  And yet, they still try.  This is the kufr of the Wahhabi sect, and proof that they are the ...

Wahhabi Modifiers to the Divine Attributes

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ The Wahhabi, ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz, former Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, added modifiers to the Divine Attributes, which is the position of the sect.  For example, Wahhabis assert that Allah ( s.w.t. ), “ istawa ‘ala al-‘Arsh haqqan ,” variously translated as, “He Established Himself over the Throne in person”, or “actually” or “literally”.  “ Haqqan ” is an innovated addition, which violates the practice of the true Salaf consisting of asserting the Divine Attributes “ bila kayf ”, “without a how”; since any modifier is a modality.   If Allah (s.w.t.) is literally on the Throne, it means He must possess a jism , body.  This is clear anthropomorphism on the part of ibn Baz, and is explicit shirk .  This is an example of why Wahhabis are kuffar , and mushrikin .

This Wahhabi Scholar Believed Allah (s.w.t.) has Two Physical Eyes

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ The Wahhabi scholar of Saudi Arabia, Abu ‘Abdullah Muhammad ibn Swalih al-‘Utsaymin wrote, in his book, deviously titled ‘Aqidat Ahl as-Sunnah , “And we believe that Allah has two real eyes ...”  The question here, even allowing for base literalism, is where in the Qur’an does it Mention that Allah ( s.w.t. ) has two eyes?  The Arabic word for two eyes, “ ‘aynan ”, does not appear anywhere.   This heretical book has an introduction by the other Wahhabi ideologue, ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz , the previous Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, who was blind in both eyes.  They are blind in this world and blind in the next.

The Kufr of ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz was the former Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia.  He was a man who waged war upon the ummah , a reviler of the awliya’ , and a takfiri of the scholars.  This was the man who demanded that the Rawdhah of the Prophet ( s.a.w. ) be levelled.  He opposed swalawat and any display of affection towards the one that Allah ( s.w.t. ) Called the best of Creation. This is the face of Shaythan .  He was a kafir and a munafiq .

Wahhabi 'Aqidah: Allah (s.w.t.) has a Shadow

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ The following is from the words of ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz himself, in response to a question on the hadits of the Seven Granted Shade on the Day of Judgement.  ibn Baz was the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia from 1993 until his death in 1999.  His opinion on a matter is, therefore, the Wahhabi position, and this highlights the vast difference in the ‘aqidah of the Wahhabi sect, and Sunni Islam.   The following was taken from Issue Relating to the Attributes of Allah ( s.w.t. ) - The Shadow of Allah ( s.w.t. ) . A rough translation of the text above, begins with a question posed: “Regarding the narration of the seven in the shadow of Allah on the Day where there is no shadow save His Shadow, does this mean Allah Ta’ala has a shadow?”   ibn Baz answered, “Yes, as is reported in this narration and in some transmissions, ‘in the shadow of His Throne’.  However, in the Swahihayn , it is, ‘in His shadow’ for ...

A Heresiography of ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ The following article is adapted from A Heresiography of ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz by Dr. Jibril Fu’ad Haddad .   This is an overview of the kufr and hypocrisy of ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz, an enemy of the awliya’ and scholars, a disparager of the Prophet ( s.a.w. ) and a blasphemer.   He was a kafir and a mushrik .   ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz, the late nescient mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, was a major innovator whose influence on spreading deviant beliefs is incalculable.   The present crippling of Islam and Muslims took place under his leadership and as a direct result of his policies, as listed by Imam Yusuf ibn Hashim ar-Rifa’i ( q.s. ), in his Naswihat li Ikhwanina ‘Ulama’ Najd .   As former overall president of the Directorships of Scholarly Research, Ifta’ , Da’wah , and Irshad ; ibn Baz is on record for issuing a fatwa declaring as unIslamic, the Palestinian people...

The Wahhabis Contradicted Imam Abu ‘Abdullah Muhammad ibn Idris ash-Shafi’i (r.a.) & Imam Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Hanbal (r.a.) on Tabarruk

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ In his Kitab Majmu’ Fatawa wa Maqalat Mutanawwi’ah li Samahat ash-Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz , the Wahhabi innovator, ‘Abd al-‘Aziz ibn ‘Abdullah ibn Baz said, “It is impermissible to seek blessing from anyone other than the Prophet ( s.a.w. ), not from his wudhu ’ or his hair or his sweat or anything else from his body.  All of that applies only to the Prophet ( s.a.w. ), because of the goodness and blessing that Allah ( s.w.t. ) has Put in his body and whatever he touches.   Hence the swahabah did not seek blessing from any one of their number during the lifetime of the Prophet ( s.a.w. ) or after his death, not with the Khulafah ar-Rashidin or anyone else.  This indicates that they knew that this applied only to the Prophet ( s.a.w. ) and not to anyone else.  And because this is a means that could lead to shirk and worshipping someone other than Allah ( s.w.t. ).   Similarly, it is impermissible to...

Why We Call Them “Wahhabi”

Image
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ A Wahhabi is defined as one who follows the creed of Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Wahhab.   This definition is accepted by most Muslims worldwide.   It is also a documented in many books of Western Academia.   For example, the Encyclopaedia Britannica states, “ Wahhabiyyah , the Muslim puritan movement founded by Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Wahhab, in the 18 th century, in Najd, central Arabia …” The Wahhabis, however, object to being called Wahhabis under the pretext that “al-Wahhab” is one of many of Allah’s ( s.w.t. ) Attributes.   This argument is nonsense.   There have been numerous sects named after their leaders, whose names mentioned one of Allah’s ( s.w.t. ) Attributes as a name.   For example, “al-Karram” is one of Allah’s ( s.w.t. ) Attributes.   There is the Karramiyyah sect who were named after their leader, Abu ‘Abdullah Muhammad ibn Karram. Deviant groups were also named after something they may have de...
