بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ   اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَ سَلِّمْ عَلَى عَيْنِ الرَّحْمَةِ الرَّبَّانِيَةِ Allahumma swalli wa sallim ‘alaa ‘ayni ar-Rahmatir ar-Rabbaaniiyati O Allah, Bestow Your Benedictions and Your peace upon the Source of Divine Mercy وَ الْيَاقُوتَةِ الْمُتَحَقِّقَةِ الْحَائِطَةِ بِمَرْكَزِ الْفُهُومِ وَ الْمَعَانِي Wa al-yaaquwtati al-mutahaqqiqati al-haa’ithatihi bimarkazi al-guhuumi wa al-ma’aanii The True Ruby enclosed in the citadel of every understanding and meaning وَ نُورِ الْأَكْوَانِ الْمُتَكَوِّنَةِ الْآدَمِي صَاحِبِ الْحَقِّ الرَّبَّانِي Wa nuuri al-akwaani al-mutakwwinati al-adamii swaahibi al-haqqi ar-rabbanii And the Light of the Creatures becoming human beings, the Possessor of the lordly truth الْبَرْقِ الْأَسْطَعِ بِمُزُونِ الْأَرْبَاحِ الْمَالِئِةِ لِكُلِّ مُتَعَرِّضٍ مِنَ الْبُحُورِ وَالْأَوَانِي al-Barqi al-asthaa’ bimuziin al-arbaahi al-maali’iti likulli muta’arridhin min al-buhuuri wa al-awaanii The Brightest Li...

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ The following is the Naqshbandi method of muraqabah as taught to us by our shuyukh .  As Imam ath-Thariqa’ , Shah Baha’ ad-Din Muhammad an-Naqshband ( q.s. ) said, “We are providers of access to communion; we are nothing else.”   First, perform ablution.  Then sit respectfully, facing the qiblah .  Recite the following adab once, in the order listed.   Repeat the shahadah three times.  The purpose of the shahadah is to affirm the Oneness of Allah ( s.w.t. ), His Sovereignty and His Power over all things.   أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إلاَّ الله وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًاعَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ   Ashhdadu an laa ilaha illa Allah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadar ‘Abduhuu wa rasuuluh   I bear witness that there is no god,but Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger.   Repeat the istighfar 70 times.  This is to seek Allah’s ( s.w.t. ) Forgiveness not so much for ou...

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ   The follow is the Hizb al-Wiqayah , “Litany of Protection”, by the philosopher’s stone, greatest teacher and magnanimous guide, Shaykh Muhyi ad-Din Abu ‘Abdullah Muhammad ibn ‘Ali ibn ‘Arabi ( q.a. ).   In the Name of Allah, the Universally Merciful, the Singularly Compassionate  . O Allah, O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting; with You I have taken Refuge, so Protect me with the protection of the safekeeping of the fulfillment of the reality of the proof of the preservation of the security of: “In the Name of Allah.”   Admit me, O First, O Last, to the hidden secret of the mystery of the sphere of the treasure of: “Whatever Allah Wills!   There is no strength but with Allah! بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ It is acceptable to feel down and lost, once ins a while.   Consider Moses (a.s.), when he had to flee Egypt.   He was bereft, where once, he was a man of power and authority.   Allah (s.w.t.) Stripped him of everything: power, material wealth, comfort and family.   He crossed that desert alone and ended up in Madyan.   Remember his du’a :   سُوۡرَةُ القَصَص … رَبِّ إِنِّى لِمَآ أَنزَلۡتَ إِلَىَّ مِنۡ خَيۡرٍ۬ فَقِيرٌ۬ (٢٤)   ... “O my Lord!   Truly am I in (desperate) need of any good that You do Send me!” … (Surah al-Qaswasw:24)   And then, he went down and helped some women water their camels.   He went and he served for the sake of Allah ( s.w.t. ), a single deed without thought of gain, true sincerity.   That is the swadaqah of one who has nothing left but his deeds.   And it is the best swadaqah .   Whatever was Taken Away was Replaced with something better because ...
