بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ Sayyidina Abu Sulayman Khalid ibn al-Walid ( r.a. ) was, perhaps, the greatest military commander of the Muslims.  He was victorious in over fifty major engagements, and was never defeated, and yet, he died of old age, in his bed.  He desired martyrdom on the battlefield, but how could he, when his head was blessed by the Prophet ( s.a.w. ) and proclaimed, “the Raised Sword of Allah”?  Allah ( s.w.t. ) would never allow His “sword” to fall.   It was Sayyidina Khalid ( r.a. ) who lead the armies of the Muslims at Yamama against the followers of the false prophet Musaylimah, and it is a Khalid that the ummah needs to defeat their descendents, the House of Sa’ud and the Wahhabi sect.
