A Sound Heart
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ Dr. ‘Umar Faruq ‘Abdullah said, “The heart, to be sound, has to be mature and filled with light. Every time you do a good deed, you get light, and that light polishes your heart. You want your heart to be one of an obedient believer. You must have time for yourself and your own enlightenment.”
