Islam is Not Necessarily Found among the Muslims

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

In searching for Islam, we should not be looking amongst the majority of the Muslims.  We will find only a distorted parody of it, warped by nationalism, prejudice, racism, misogyny, tribalism, and everything contrary to it.  It is a farce.  The more the affected piety, the greater the hypocrisy.  And that is why we have Muslims emphasising so much on the externalities of the religion, the hijab, the beard, the need to be seen with scholars, the literalist quoting of texts.  There is no faith, no reality.  Muslims talk about the Prophet of love (s.a.w.) and then preach hatred for non-Muslims.  They say God is Merciful, and then emphasise punishment and damnation.  They talk about justice and then use “shari’ah” to justify domestic abuse, child marriages and inequality. 

If people want Islam, perhaps they should spend their time with a dog, and feed it.  It will teach gratitude, loyalty, unconditional submission, love and service.  Spend our time with the pig, and learn about taking in all the rubbish and filth of the world and giving back something good.  Spend our time with an alcoholic or a drug abuser, and understand need and deprivation.  Spend our time with the poor and learn generosity.  Spend our time with prostitutes and understand rejection and hope.  We should stay away from the people of outward religion.  They will only teach us to hate God and the Prophet (s.a.w.).
