Impressions of Muslims

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Habib ‘Ali Zayn al-‘Abidin ibn ‘Abd ar-Rahman al-Jifri said, “The appearance of a Muslim used to symbolise peace and serenity to ordinary people and unease to adversaries.  Today, it has become a source of trepidation to ordinary people and ridicule to adversaries.  This is what I felt as we boarded a plane in which most of the passengers were foreigners.  They looked at me with an eye of fear and anxiety, as though we were going to cause them some harm.  May Allah (s.w.t.) Rectify the affairs of the Muslims, and Deliver us from the evil of those who inflict harm.”
