Gnosis is Found in Opposites

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Can a person who has never known the valleys appreciate the heights?  And if he has never seen the darkness, can he say he knows the Light?  We do not know the worth of anything until we have felt its loss.  We do not know the price of Treasure until we have paid the ransom.  So, can one feel the Closeness when he has never yearned whilst apart?
