Arguing with a Gnostic

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Shaykh Abu al-Mawahib Muhammmad ibn Zaghdan ash-Shadzili (q.s.) said, “When you encounter one who is sustained by the sciences, and to whom the treasuries of understanding open, do not argue with him with copies of pages, and meander with him with zealousness of the ego, for Divine Bestowals are superior to acquired faculties.”
