Gnostic & Seeker

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Khwaja Mu’in ad-Din Hasan Shishty (q.s.) said, “In the matter of realisation of God and self, no distinction in made between an ‘arif and a salik; they both reach the same and identical destination.”  An ‘arif is a gnostic, while a salik is a seeker.
