The Prophet’s (s.a.w.) Empathy

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Imam Abu ‘Isa Muhammad ibn ‘Isa as-Sulami at-Tirmidzi (r.a.) wrote, in Shama’il Muhammadiyyah, “One of the characteristics of the Prophet (s.a.w.) is that he would tell his companions, ‘If you know anyone in need who is not able to come to me and ask me, tell me about them, so I can help them.’”
